Guest deposit, condition check every stay and platform protections — Airbnb covers up to $1 million (AirCover). Your property is protected.

One vision, a first apartment — today, the trust of many owners.

It all started with a hunch, at seventeen. A first apartment, a set of keys, and the conviction — brought back from a trip to the United States — that short-term rental would reinvent hospitality. Where others saw a passing trend, we saw a profession.

The years did the rest. One home, then ten, then more than a hundred — entrusted one by one by owners who told their friends about us. Today we're handed the keys to a single apartment as readily as to an entire portfolio — from the first-time investor to Brussels' great families, all the way to professional real-estate firms. The same care for each. No advertising, ever : only our word, given and kept.

What has never changed is the obsession with detail. Every property is treated as a one-of-a-kind address, with the care reserved for what truly matters. It has been, from day one, our only way of working.

The essentials.

How much does it cost?
Three plans to choose from: 12% (remote management), 15% (full management, excluding cleaning & laundry) or 30% all-inclusive — the most chosen: cleaning, laundry, supplies and management included. Tailored beyond 10 properties.
Am I tied in?
No fixed-term commitment — you stay the owner of your listings and accounts. The only rule: a month once started runs to its end.
How fast do you reply?
Within an hour, usually. Availability and responsiveness are at the heart of our service.
Is short-term rental legal in Brussels?
Yes, under conditions (tourist accommodation registration). We guide you through the paperwork.
Which areas do you cover?
The 19 municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region.
How quickly is my property listed?
Usually within a few days: estimate, showcasing (photos, equipping), listing creation and multi-platform distribution. We handle everything.
Does my property need to be furnished and equipped?
Yes, the property must be furnished. If needed, we help you get it rental-ready (home staging, decoration, equipping) — and more profitable.
Who handles cleaning and linen?
We coordinate professional cleaning and hotel linen between every stay. Cleaning fees are billed to the guest (12% and 15% plans), or included in the 30% all-inclusive plan.
